Frequently Asked Questions
Can I display feedback to participants immediately after each question?
No, feedback cannot be displayed after each question in an assessment, as the main objective is to measure skills rather than provide real-time improvement. However, you can choose to display correct answers at the end on the last page.
What happens if the “Overall Score” option is disabled?
If the “Overall Score” option is disabled, no personalized message will be displayed. The assessment will end with the automatic message “Assessment Completed”, and the message set in the “Score Threshold” section will not appear to the participant.
Is it possible to customize the assessment results PDF?
Yes, you can add your company’s logo to the assessment summary for enhanced branding.
The assessment summary automatically displays several details, including the participant’s name, time spent on the assessment, the passing score, completion date, company logo (if configured), and the assessment name. Depending on the enabled settings, you may also choose to display the overall score, as well as subsection scores with associated messages.
How to test the last page of an assessment?
To test the last page, use the preview function in the TeachUp editor. This allows you to simulate the participant experience and check the last page layout and content, including personalized messages and scores.
