      Configure the training certificates

      Teach Up allows participants to download a certificate upon completion of their course, assessment, or training path. There are two types of certificates: completion certificates and success certificates.

      • Completion certificates can be configured for courses or training paths.
      • Success certificates are available at the end of an assessment, provided the participant passes.

      These certificates become available for download by participants as soon as they complete their training. If you have the Platform subscription, you can also download certificates via the dashboards of each activity.

      Configure certificates for courses, training paths, and assessments

      To configure the certificate linked to the completion of a course, training path, or the success of an assessment, follow these steps:

      1. Go to the “Creation” tab of the relevant course, training path, or assessment.
      2. In the left-hand menu, select “Last page” (for a course or assessment) or “End of training path” (for a training path).
      3. Select the option “Download training certificate”.
      4. Click on “Customize the certificate edit-1”.

      Customize certificates

      Certificates—whether completion certificates for courses and training paths or success certificates for assessments—can be customized with the following elements:

      • Your logo
      • A description of the activity
      • Display of training time: either the actual time spent by the participant or the average time defined in advance
      • Display of the training organization's signature
      • A blank area for the participant's signature (the signature will not be recorded in Teach Up)
      • A footer annotation

      Preview the certificate

      Before finalizing the configuration, it is recommended to preview the certificate to ensure all elements are correctly displayed and that the certificate meets your expectations. To do this:

      1. Click on the “Preview eye-1 ” icon.
      2. Then click “Close” to return to the settings.

      Download participant certificates via dashboards

      With the Platform subscription, you can download participant certificates directly through the dashboards of each activity.

      Frequently Asked Questions

      How do I customize the certificate?

      Go to the “Last page” tab of your course, assessment, or training path and configure the desired elements: logo, description, time spent, signatures, and footer annotations.

      Can participants be asked to electronically sign their certificate?

      It is currently not possible to request participants to electronically sign their certificate.
