Insert and configure a Training
The AI-powered Training allows each participant to practice real-life situations with immediate feedback, helping them develop job-specific reflexes in a lasting way.
Summary
The feature is available to all holders of the "Generative AI" option who have also subscribed to the '"Training" feature.
Understand the Training from the participant's perspective
Teach Up's Training enables participants to practice at their own pace, in real time, on their job-specific tasks. Whether written or spoken, they make tangible progress and develop transferable field-ready skills.
When accessing the Training, participants see a presentation screen containing:
-
the exercise’s objective
-
detailed instructions
-
a media illustration (image or video)
Clicking “Start Training” reveals the scenario they must respond to. They can submit their answer either in writing or orally.
Once submitted, Teach Up analyzes the answer using predefined skills and performance criteria. A personalized AI-generated feedback is then displayed, including:
-
an overall score gauge
-
each evaluated skill with success level
-
a custom comment from the AI with improvement tips
Participants can repeat the exercise up to 5 times to improve their performance and reinforce best practices.
Training is optional; participants may skip it or choose how many attempts to make (up to 5).

Manually add and configure a Training
You can manually add and configure a Training to precisely adapt the exercise to the real-life situations experienced by your participants.
-
Training title
This is the name displayed to the participant. It should be clear, concrete, and reflect the professional situation to be worked on.
Example: "Handle a customer complaint with empathy"
- Illustrative media
Add an image or video that sets the context for the situation. This helps participants project themselves.
Examples:
-
-
A screenshot of a CRM tool
-
A video simulating a difficult phone call
-
- Training prompt
This is the text presenting the context and instructions of the exercise. It must be realistic, engaging, and precise.
Example:
"You are on a call with a dissatisfied customer due to a delivery delay. They are frustrated and want compensation. Your goal: handle the conversation professionally and calmly."
- Professional gesture shown to the learner
This is the key competency that the participant must demonstrate in their response. It should be phrased as a concrete professional action.
Example: "Calm a client while maintaining professionalism"
- Observable professional actions
Each performance criterion includes two parts:
-
-
Title: shown to the participant after each attempt, indicating how well the skill was achieved.
-
"To validate this skill, the participant must...": instruction intended for the AI, acting like an evaluator's guideline.
-
Examples:
-
-
Title: Clearly rephrase the client's request
To validate this skill...: ensure the participant reformulates the client's request using similar words or synonyms to show understanding of the original issue. -
Title: Propose a concrete and suitable solution
To validate this skill...: confirm that the participant proposes a specific, realistic action directly related to the client's need (e.g., refund, new delivery time, commercial gesture). -
Title: Use an empathetic tone
To validate this skill...: detect the use of empathy or understanding phrases (e.g., "I understand", "sorry for the inconvenience", "we’ll do what’s necessary"). The tone must remain calm, respectful, and kind.
-
- Sample correct answer
Displayed at the end of the Training to help participants calibrate their responses.
Example:
"Hello Mr. Dupont, I completely understand your frustration. We’ll ensure your order is delivered within 24 hours. As an apology, I’m offering a 10% credit note."
