Organize the studio with labels

Using labels in Teach Up allows you to organize your courses, assessments, and training paths. This guide explains how to create labels, associate activities with labels, and easily find your content through these labels.

Create a label

To create a label in Teach Up, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the "Studio" gridStudio-1section.
  2. Click the pencil icon editnext to "My Labels".
  3. Select the option "Create a Label".
  4. Name your label, such as “Country,” and assign a color to make it easy to spot.
  5. Click "Confirm" to create the label.

Edit or delete a label

To edit or delete a label, click on the pencil icon editnext to "My Labels".

Select the pencil icon editagain to edit the desired label. You can then change the color associated with the label as well as its name.

To delete it, select the cross icon erase.

Associate a course, an assessment, or a training path with a Label

To associate an activity (module, assessment, or learning path) with a label, follow these steps:

  1. Find the activity you want to associate.
  2. Access the activity options by clicking on the three dots.
  3. Select "Associated Labels"label-1from the menu.
  4. Choose the desired label, then click "Confirm". A flag icon will appear on the activity to indicate its association with the label.

Retrieve activities by labels

To view activities organized by labels:

  1. Click on the desired label in the "My Labels" menu on the left.
  2. The activities identified with this label will be displayed.

Is it possible to share labels with other authors?
No, labels are personal and are not shared between authors.

How many labels can I create?
There is no limit to the number of labels you can create in Teach Up.

How can I delete a label that is no longer used?
Use the cross icon next to the label to delete it permanently.
