- Click on the row corresponding to the participant.

To delete a participant’s full progress across an entire training path:
- Go to the relevant training path.
- Locate the participant whose progress you wish to reset.
- Click on “Delete” next to the participant’s name.

Each step within a training path retains its own progress. If you want to reset only specific modules or steps for a participant within a training path:
- In the training path, locate the relevant participant.
- Click on “View Details” next to the participant’s name.
- Select the steps you wish to reset by clicking “Delete” next to each specific step.
Consequences of deletion
Deleting a participant's results will have the following effects:
- Removal of the participant’s row: the participant’s row is removed from the dashboard. It will reappear if the participant restarts the training.
- Removal of previous results: the participant’s previous results will be removed from the dashboard but will remain accessible in the associated Excel export, only if the participant restarts the training.
- Impact on time spent: the time spent on the archived attempt is recorded in the "Total time spent" section, but it will no longer be counted in the best or latest attempt statistics. For courses, if the participant is currently viewing their course when the deletion occurs, the deletion will take effect when they change steps, refresh the page, or reopen the course after closing it.

You can also enable an option to allow the participant to replay their training without any further action on your part. This feature allows you to retain the data from all attempts on the dashboard.
