Access the review link
To access the review link for your course or assessment:
- Go to the course or assessment you want reviewed.
- In the left-hand menu, select "Review" to generate the review link.
Configure the review link
To customize the review link settings, select "Modify" and adjust as needed.
Set the Link Status
Control the accessibility of the review link:
- "Open": The link is accessible to users specified in the settings.
- "Locked": The link is only accessible to the course author.
Add a Password to the Review Link
To secure access to the review:
- Under "Access Settings", check "Add a Secure Password".
- Enter your chosen password, then click "Save".
Passwords can be updated as needed to maintain security.
Set an expiry date for the review link
To limit the availability of the review link:
- In "Access Settings", select "Add a review end date".
- Choose the expiry date, then click "Save".
Once the expiry date is reached, reviewers will no longer be able to access the link to provide feedback.
Reset the review link
To reset the review link without affecting the course structure:
- Under "Generated Data", select "Delete".
- Click "Save" to confirm.
This action clears all comments and resets screen statuses (validated or pending modification).
Share the Review Link and View Feedback
Share the review link
To share the review link:
- Click on "Get My Module Reviewed" to access the review link, then copy it.
- Distribute the link to stakeholders via email or any other preferred communication method.
View feedbacks
To review comments and feedback:
- Open the review link to access the feedback interface.
- Comments for screens needing adjustments will appear in the right column.
- Respond to feedback directly, and after making changes, check "Screen Modified" to mark the screen as completed.
Use the review link
When collaborators access the review link, they can:
- Review each screen and navigate through the course.
- Approve a screen to automatically proceed to the next.
- Suggest improvements or modifications.
Collaborators can use navigation arrows or jump to specific screens in the layout view to move through the module.
Only one main comment can be posted per screen. Additional collaborators accessing the review link can add notes to this primary comment.
Understand content format in the review interface
The review interface displays only the structural and textual elements of the course. Pedagogical activities are hidden, allowing reviewers to focus on format and clarity.
Frequently Asked Questions
Why can’t I access the comment box when using the review link?
The comment box is unavailable for course authors by default. To enable commenting, open the link in a private browsing mode.
Can I have an entire training path reviewed at once?
Currently, a complete training path cannot be reviewed in one session. Share individual review links for each course within the path to gather feedback from stakeholders.
